Terms & conditions
This document describes the rules for the noryvanta.com site and our contact channels. It does not, on its own, constitute a public securities offering or individual financial advice.
1. Site owner
The site is operated by Noryvanta S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892456-7, with offices at Av. Corrientes 456, 12th floor, C1043AAR, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered as a crowdfunding platform under CNV Registry No. 1244.
2. Purpose
We present institutional information about our real-estate crowdlending model and provide a contact form for enquiries. Any operational step (investor registration, offer acceptance, contract signing) takes place in a private, authenticated environment under specific documentation.
3. Risks
Investing in real-estate developments involves risks, including delays or breaches of timelines, macroeconomic variations, construction risk and possible partial or total loss of capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Always consult an independent advisor before investing.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, the 'Noryvanta' brand, the logotype, typographic compositions and photographs on the site are protected by Argentine Law 11,723. Short quotations with attribution are allowed; reuse of the whole is not permitted without written authorisation.
5. External links
The site may contain links to third-party portals. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. When accessing them, their own terms will apply.
6. Permitted use
The site is directed to people over eighteen (18) years of age residing in Argentina. Using the site for illegal activities, unsolicited communications, automated scraping or attempts to breach platform security is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Site information is offered 'as is', with reasonable diligence, but may contain occasional errors or outdated content. We are not responsible for investment decisions made solely on the basis of publicly available informational content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. Any material change will be announced on the home page at least thirty (30) days in advance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the Argentine Republic apply. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
