Privacy policy
At Noryvanta S.A.S. we take the information you share with us seriously. This document explains, without unnecessary jargon, what data we handle, what we use it for, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Noryvanta S.A.S., registered with the Argentine General Justice Inspectorate under No. 4,831,229, CUIT 30-71892456-7, with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 456, 12th floor, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are the data controller under Law 25,326 on Protection of Personal Data and complementary regulations in force in 2026.
2. Data we handle
We only receive the data you voluntarily provide via our public contact form (name, email address and the content of your message). We also record anonymous technical data — device type, browser, connection country — to understand how the site is used.
3. What we use it for
Form data is used only to answer your query and, if you allow it, to inform you about future investment rounds. We do not merge it with advertising profiles nor sell it to third parties. Technical data is used in aggregate form to improve site experience and accessibility.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free and informed consent, in the execution of pre-contractual steps requested by you, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.
5. Retention
We keep contact enquiries for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months. After that they are anonymised or permanently deleted.
6. Who we share it with
We only share data with technology providers who help us operate the site (hosting on Amazon Web Services, region sa-east-1; audience measurement via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation). These providers act as data processors under contract.
7. International transfers
Some providers may host information outside Argentina. In such cases we require guarantees equivalent to those set out by Law 25,326, through standard contractual clauses or certifications valid in 2026.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacidad@noryvanta.com and we will reply within ten (10) working days. You may also file a complaint with the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls and yearly audits. No system is unbreakable, but we work to reduce risks.
10. Minors
This site and its services are directed exclusively to people over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
If we update this policy, we announce it at least thirty (30) days in advance on the site's home page.
